If the demand is arbitrary or legally incorrect, we can also file a writ petition before the High Court to challenge it.
Yes. We handle reassessment notices under Section 148/148A of the Income Tax Act, including filing objections to the notice, responding to the Assessing Officer's queries, challenging invalid reassessments through writ petitions, and representing clients before CIT(A) and ITAT if an adverse order is passed. We also evaluate whether the reassessment is within the legally permissible time limits.
Yes. Under the POSH Act, 2013, every organization in India with 10 or more employees must constitute an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), adopt a written POSH policy, conduct annual awareness training, and file an annual compliance report with the District Officer.
